If you contact Praxis, request a service, or later create an account, we may process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and request details.
Technical and service information
Hosting and security systems may process standard technical information needed to deliver the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect platform integrity. We limit access to legitimate operational purposes.
Optional analytics
If you explicitly allow analytics, Praxis Data Lab uses Google Analytics to understand website visits and research-workflow activity, including guide visits, successful guide email captures, Study Builder starts, checkout starts, and completed purchases. Email addresses entered to receive guides are not sent to Google Analytics. You can choose essential-only use or change your preference through Cookie settings.
Research-resource delivery
When you request a free guide or research resource, we use your email address to deliver the requested file and record essential delivery information, such as the publication, version, request time, and whether delivery succeeded. Joining research updates is a separate, optional choice and is not required to receive a resource.
Cookies and local storage
The platform uses essential browser storage to remember preferences. Optional analytics technologies load only after consent. It does not currently use advertising cookies. See the cookie policy for current details.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, security, communication, analytics when permitted, and platform operations, or disclosed when required by law. We retain information only as reasonably needed for those purposes.

You may ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable through the secure Praxis Data Lab contact form.

This trail records every source-level change identified for this public page, including changes that did not alter policy meaning.
- Optional analytics measurement added
The policy was updated to describe consent-based Google Analytics measurement for website and research-workflow activity. Analytics is not loaded for visitors who choose essential-only use.

The public email address was removed and requests about access, correction, or deletion of personal information were routed through the secure Praxis Data Lab contact form.

The policy was expanded to explain email-based delivery of free research resources, essential delivery records, and the separation of optional research updates from resource access.
